JUNE 2021: "Report from FWA President Dr Wayne Harvey.  Our AGM for 2021 was held in June and attended by about 50 members.  The AGM was agood opportunity to share news about plans by the state Government and the University for 'decommissioning and reconstruction' of the Gate House.  This the phrase used by the State Government to refer to the meticulous dismantling of the Gate House and its re-assrmbly on another site, freeing up some of the Arboretum space for the expansion of the Cross Road=Fullarton Road intersection.
